Immersion in a world of Vampires in the Dark Ages and a haunting musical barrage of Midnight Syndicate and Nox Arcana is what inspired this... It took many hours in its completion and I think it remains my best photo-manipulation yet.

Bethanie Pendragon is a vampire of Lasombra blood, a clan of Vampires who control the shadows of the night and cast no reflection in return. The highest of the High clans in the time of the Dark Ages, the Lasombra are the noblest clan of the thirteen. Though young in life and younger still in undeath, Bethanie is now of noble blood in more ways than one.

I finally added a candle-light glow the hair on the left side of her face. That had been bugging me a little for a long time! The watermark is a lot more subtle now. Yay! Still remains my best photo-manipulation to date, IMO.
